Application Methods
SBS-Thirty Plus can be applied using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Surface preparation is essential, including cleaning and removal of loose rust, mill scale, paint, grease, and other contaminants. The product can be applied to damp surfaces, and for the best results, the surface should be dry.
Mixing
Prior to combining Part A and Part B, both parts should be power-mixed separately for two minutes. Mixing Part, A should result in a cloudy or milky appearance. Combine Part A and Part B in a 4:1 ratio and power-mix for an appropriate duration. Thinning is possible but may require additional coats for desired thickness. Clean equipment promptly with specified solvents.
Safety and Storage
SBS-Thirty-Plus should be used in well-ventilated areas with appropriate safety gear. It has a shelf life of one year when stored properly. Safety, environmental, and disposal information can be found in the Material Safety Data Sheet.
